SHIPPING POLICY - Once the order has been placed, please allow 2-3 business days for the process to be done before shipment.
REFUND POLICY - ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be NO refunds, Only exchanges for the items that are in stock, or to process a exchange, please get in contact with our customer service team to get a return label for the product you want to exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY - For those of you guys who want to place an exchange order for another product you may do so, but “HOWEVER” we do NOT accept damages to exchange for a new product weather its torn, stretched, ripped, stained, tobacco smell, burned, etc. Just like the previous policy like how we do not except refunds, you may have the time to exchange items that comes up around the same price you paid and not above from your previous order, or should we say “The product you paid the amount for will be the same amount for exchanging to replace for multiple products, but you don’t pay to exchange unless the products you chose that went over your previous price and has the change left over.”
